Purchases of products made on this site (managed by StarMart Srl) are subject to the legislation foreseen by Legislative Decree 206\/2005, which regulates the exercise of the right of withdrawal, therefore the consumer has the right to withdraw from any distance contract, without no penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day the goods are received by the consumer.<\/span><\/p>\n

In case you change your mind after 14 days from the day after receiving the order, you can return the product without specifying the reason<\/b> by writing an e-mail to: resi@starmart.eu<\/a> We will collect the product at our expenses. <\/p>\n

Returns and refunds:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Returns are free, but given the waste of resources and damage to the environment that result in returns, we appeal to the conscience of our customers to limit waste.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Refunds will be given upon receipt of the returned item. <\/p>\n

A full refund will only be given to you if the item is intact and unused. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in resalable conditions. We reserve the right to reduce the value of the refund in case of damaged and used returns.<\/p>\n

Exceptions<\/strong>: we do not accept the return of music and video products, in which the seal has been broken (copy protection). Hygiene products that have been opened or worn are not acceptable for returns. Please return items in the best possible condition. Please note that user manuals or warranty documents must be included in the return. <\/p>\n

Reduction of the refund value:<\/strong> if the item is returned in a damaged or used condition, we reserve the right to deduct an allowed amount of money.<\/p>\n

Community legislation requires that the right of withdrawal be exercised only by people(consumers) who act for purposes that are unrelated to their business. <\/p>\n
