Quasi tutti gli agrumi sono ricchi di vitamina C e con una tale varietà non sarà difficile aggiungere alla tua dieta una spremuta di questa vitamina.</span></p>

Simile ai broccoli, gli spinaci sono più sani quando vengono cotti il meno possibile, così da conservare i suoi nutrienti. Tuttavia, una cottura leggera migliora la vitamina A contenuta e consente ad altri nutrienti di essere rilasciati dall&#8217;acido ossalico.</span></p>

Queste culture stimolano il sistema immunitario per aiutare a combattere le malattie. Prediligi lo yogurt bianco piuttosto che quelli pre-aromatizzati e carichi di zucchero. Potrai addolcire tu stesso lo yogurt bianco con frutta sana e un filo di miele.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Lo yogurt può anche essere un&#8217;ottima fonte di vitamina D, quindi cerca di selezionare marchi arricchiti con vitamina D. La vitamina D aiuta a regolare il sistema immunitario e si ritiene che aumenti le difese naturali del nostro corpo.</span></p>

Tuttavia, la vitamina E è la chiave per un sistema immunitario sano. È una vitamina liposolubile, il che significa che viene sciolta nei grassi prima di essere assorbita dal nostro organismo. Le noci, come <strong>le mandorle</strong>, sono ricche di vitamina E e contengono “grassi sani”. Una porzione di mezza tazza, che è di circa 46 mandorle intere sgusciate, fornisce quasi il 100 percento della quantità giornaliera raccomandata di vitamina E.</span></p>

Questa spezia di colore giallo brillante, veniva utilizzata fin dall’antichità come antinfiammatorio nel trattamento sia dell&#8217;artrosi, che dell&#8217;artrite reumatoide. Inoltre, le alte concentrazioni di curcumina presenti (che conferiscono alla curcuma il suo colore distintivo) aiutano a ridurre il danno muscolare indotto dall&#8217;esercizio fisico.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt; color: #800080;"><strong>10. Tè verde</strong></span></p>

Il tè verde eccelle ha altissimi livelli di <strong>epigallocatechina gallato</strong>, o EGCG, un altro potente antiossidante. Studi hanno dimostrato che l&#8217;EGCG migliorano considerevolmente le risposte immunitarie del nostro organismo. Il processo di fermentazione del tè nero distrugge gran parte dell&#8217;EGCG. Il tè verde, invece, viene cotto a vapore e non fermentato, quindi l&#8217;EGCG viene conservato.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Il tè verde è anche una buona fonte dell&#8217;amminoacido L-teanina, responsabile nella produzione di composti che combattono i germi nelle cellule T.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 18pt; color: #800080;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong> 11. </strong></span><strong style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Papaya</strong></span></p>

E’ molto più di un semplice alimento perché ha anche un effetto placebo: aiuta a migliorare i sintomi del raffreddore e a proteggersi dall’influenza. Il pollame, come pollo e tacchino, è ricco di vitamina B-6 vitale per la formazione di nuovi globuli rossi. Circa 100 gr di tacchino o pollo contengono dal 40% al 50% della quantità giornaliera raccomandata di vitamina B-6.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Il brodo fatto bollendo le ossa di pollo contiene gelatina, condroitina e altri nutrienti utili per la guarigione e l&#8217;immunità intestinale.</span></p>

Anche per questo è fondamentale che i restanti 4 giorni della dieta (quelli meno restrittivi) vi sia comunque un buon apporto di verdure fresche, frutta di stagione e alimenti di qualità, evitando cibo spazzatura e quello industriale.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Talvolta durante una dieta gli alimenti previsti non sono di nostro gradimento, oppure non riusciamo a reperirli. Come fare allora a sostituirli con altri alimenti senza compromettere la dieta?</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Se il tuo programma nutrizionale prevede il dimagrimento, niente di più facile: basterà consultare la tabella sottostante del <strong>“contenuto calorico per alimento”</strong> e adattare i tuoi pasti a seconda delle tue necessità.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Se invece sei affetto da patologie particolari, allergie o intolleranze sarà bene domandare  sempre al dietologo o al medico curante. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 18pt; color: #b015d6; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Come calcolare le calorie e <span style="color: #b015d6;">sostituire</span> correttamente un alimento</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong> </strong>Nella tabella sottostante accanto ad ogni alimento sono indicate le calorie per 100 gr.  </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Se per esempio per pranzo sono previsti 150g di tonno sott’olio e vogliamo sostituirli con della mozzarella ecco il calcolo che faremo:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">1) Per prima cosa bisogna calcolare le calorie dell’alimento previsto (in questo caso 150g di tonno sott’olio) <strong>facendo questo calcolo:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #b015d6;"><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><em>(calorie per 100g di alimento) x (quantità dello stesso alimento):</em></span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><em>100 </em></span></strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Nel nostro caso verrà calcolato:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><em>192 (calorie per 100g di tonno sott’olio) x 150 (gr di tonno sott’olio della dieta ):</em><em>100 </em></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">  Quindi: (192&#215;150):100= 288Kcal</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><em>Il valore di 288 (circa) che otterremo da questa operazione corrisponde alle calorie per 150 g di tonno sott’olio. </em></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><em>2) </em><span style="font-size: 16px;">A questo punto abbiamo a disposizione 288 calorie che possiamo investire per un altro alimento (nel nostro caso della mozzarella). Per conoscere con quanti grammi di mozzarella possiamo sostituire il tonno, dobbiamo eseguire questo calcolo:</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>calorie 150 g di tonno sott’olio = calorie a disposizione per la mozzarella.  </strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Ma quanti grammi di mozzarella? Abbiamo a disposizione 288 kcal. Le kcal per 100 g. di mozzarella sono 253. </strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #b015d6;"><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><em><u>(</u>calorie a disposizione) x 100 :</em><em> (calorie date da 100 g. dell’alimento che vogliamo sostituire</em><em>) </em></span></strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Quindi: (288&#215;100):253 = 113,84g</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><em>Il valore di 113,84 (circa) che otterremo da questa operazione corrisponde ai grammi di mozzarella che avremo a disposizione in sostituzione del tonno sott’olio. </em></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Solo facendo questo calcolo riuscirai ad adattare ogni alimento alle tue esigenze caloriche</strong>. E’ necessario dunque, conoscere il contenuto calorico esatto degli alimenti:</span></p>
