<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Se il tuo programma nutrizionale prevede il dimagrimento, niente di più facile: basterà consultare la tabella sottostante del <strong>“contenuto calorico per alimento”</strong> e adattare i tuoi pasti a seconda delle tue necessità.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Se invece sei affetto da patologie particolari, allergie o intolleranze sarà bene domandare  sempre al dietologo o al medico curante. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Se per esempio per pranzo sono previsti 150g di tonno sott’olio e vogliamo sostituirli con della mozzarella ecco il calcolo che faremo:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">1) Per prima cosa bisogna calcolare le calorie dell’alimento previsto (in questo caso 150g di tonno sott’olio) <strong>facendo questo calcolo:</strong></span></p>

<p>Non tutti i “grassi” vengono per nuocere! Esistono anche grassi salutari. I grassi nocivi si trovano negli alimenti fritti, negli oli di semi vari, nei cibi industriali come merendine, brioches e nel grasso solido come le parti bianche del salame e del prosciutto</p>
<p>I grassi sani sono presenti soprattutto negli alimenti integrali. Ma anche nella frutta come avocado e cocco, nelle noci , nei semi, nel pesce ricco di Omega3, come salmone e sgombro, nelle uova, nell’olio d’oliva, nello yogurt greco e persino nel cioccolato fondente.</p>
<p>I grassi sani oltre ad avere un beneficio per la salute, aiutano a perdere peso perché si digeriscono più lentamente, dando più il senso di sazietà.</p>
<p>Aggiungi avocado alla tua insalata, cocco ai tuoi frullati e prova a preparare un budino di semi di chia. Ti sentirai meglio includendo grassi sani nella tua dieta e ti aiuteranno anche a perdere peso.</p>
<p><strong style="color: #800080; font-size: 16px;">2. Stai lontano dallo zucchero aggiunto</strong></p>

<p>Per perdere peso più velocemente bisogna accelerare il metabolismo. Più il metabolismo è veloce, più automaticamente si bruceranno calorie durante il giorno.</p>
<p>Il miglior modo per accelerare il metabolismo è  fare attività fisica:  un allenamento di tipo aerobico combinato con esercizi di tonificazione è un ottimo modo per aumentare la massa muscolare e di conseguenza il metabolismo.</p>
