PREPARATION OF PRODUCTS FOR SHIPPING:

After receiving the payment, we prepare the shipment immediately. If payment is received WITHIN 6:00 pm we ship the next morning! Before shipping, the quality of each of our items is individually checked.

TRANSPORT:

We deliver the goods throughout Europe through the best express couriers. FROM THE TIME OF SHIPMENT Delivery takes place in 3-5 working days in mainland Europe (for the Islands and some disadvantaged locations it takes 1-2 more days). We advise you to always leave a telephone number to facilitate the courier in the delivery. For courier shipments, the telephone number is very important!

ACCESSORY SERVICES:

Only for some locations, at the time of purchase it is possible to add to the cart also additional payment services such as “delivery by appointment”, “evening delivery” and “Saturday delivery”.

PROTECTION OF ARTICLES:

All items are packed with the utmost care and with a sturdy packaging to guarantee the total integrity of the product.

IMPORTANT:

If the packaging appears damaged, we recommend that you report it to the carrier. If this is not the case, you must tell the courier that you accept the shipment BUT WITH RESERVE. Write in this way on the form that will make you sign: ‘PRESENTS DAMAGE- ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE’. Otherwise it will not be possible for us to open a refund procedure. We remind you that our products are still 100% guaranteed even against transportation damage.

SUPER WARRANTY:

If our products arrive damaged or malfunctioning, simply contact us by email or by phone and we will send the courier to pick up the damaged product and we will replace it FOR FREE! I commit myself personally!
